KyberCopy stores the documents a school submits for printing, the settings chosen for each job, and the accounts of people who use it. Nothing else.

Job files are retained only as long as the retention window the school configures, and are deleted on schedule after a job completes.

Each organisation's data is isolated at the database level. Staff at Kyber Systems do not read customer documents.
